There are so many options and flavours. Herewith just some recipes. Soon we will add new options. Baking pies is not complicated. Eat quiche with drinks, or at lunch or dinner with a salade on the side. What more do you want.

Mushroom Roquefort quiche
Ingredients:
200 gr Mushrooms
100 gr Roquefort cheese
1 large cut union
thyme
3 eggs
ready made pie dough from supermarket

Preparation:
Fry the union, add sliced mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Add thyme and salt. In a separate bowl mix Roquefort with eggs add salt/pepper according to taste. Clothe the buttered pie form with the dough. Pierce tiny  holes in bottom with a fork and fill it with the mushroom mixture. Pour the cheese/egg mixture over is and bake in the over for about 35 minutes on 200 degrees. 
Tip: Taste wonderful combined with a fresh pear/walnut salad!

Vegetable quiche with nuts
Ingredients:
5 medium seized carrots
500 gr green eggplant /courgettes
1 red bell pepper
2 unions
2 cloves of garlic
75 gr non-salted pealed walnuts
100 gr grated old cheese
2 tsp cut fresh thyme
1 tsp cut fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
half lemon
150 ml milk
3 eggs 
1x basis recipe of yeast dough or 5 slices of ready made frozen pie dough
 
Preparation:
Wash vegetables, scrap carrot and slice in slices of 1 cm and cook them for 5 minutes. Cut courgette in small pieces and dice the pepper. Dice the Union and garlic. Fry union and garlic in some cooking oil (3tbsp). Once glassy add courgette and pepper. Next add carrot and spice the vegetables with thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper and lemon juice. Butter the tart form, cloth it with the dough and pierce wholes in bottom with a fork. Mix eggs with milk and cheese, add salt&pepper to taste. Put vegetables in the form, add walnuts and pour egg mixture on topBake pie in oven on 200 degrees in about 35 minutes.

Salmon broccoli quiche
Ingredients:
1 large bush broccoli
1 diced union
1 can of Salmon (on water)
ready made frozen tart dough
salt and pepper
3 eggsabout 
125 gram of garlic-herb cream cheese

Preparation:
Spread slices of dough on working space for them to thaw.Butter the tart form or oven dishCut broccoli in small bushes and put them in cooking water for about 5 minutes. Drain them, add cold water and drain again.Mix the eggs with the cream cheese and add salt and pepper according to taste. Clothe the form with the slices of dough (overlap edges of slices with 1/4 cm) and press edges to each other with the flat side of a fork. Pierce wholes in the bottom with the fork.Spread bushes of broccoli on bottom and add drained salmon in small pieces. Pour the egg mixture over it.  Bake pie in over on 200 degrees for 35 minutes. 

Italian Pepperoni quiche
Ingrediƫnts:
250 gr mushrooms
1 union
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
1 tsp oreganoolive oil
250 gr tomatoes 
100 gr salami in thin slices
125 gr mozzarella cheese
30 gr gorgonzola cheese
60 ml whipped cream
1 egg
ready made pastry dough

Preparation:
Slice the mushrooms. Dice the union and shred the garlic. Fry the mushrooms in the olive oil, when moist is gone, add union and garlic till translucent. Spice the mixture with oregano, salt and pepper. Let is cool off. Half the slices of salami, wash the tomatoes and cut them in slices. Mix gorgonzola cheese, egg and cream and add to cold mushroom mixture. Cloth a buttered form with dough with edges up to about 3 cm. Pierce small holes in the bottom with a fork and pour mushroom mixture in it. Distribute the slices of tomato, salami and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper on it and bake it in 40 minutes low in the oven at 200 degrees..
